Can Clorox Bleach Away My Pain?

Spending time with friends and family can lead to fun and memorable moments, but also some very messy ones. Tell us about the messiest moments that you’ll always remember!

I am still trying to figure out a way to get the polish out of my new WHITE bedspread (back story here). Somebody recommended Clorox. Duh! I think I was so pissed at the time (an understatement) that I didn't even think through how to get the stains out (and there are many)

I mean obviously bleach would be the first try. Unfortunately, I immediately threw the bed spread in the washing machine with just my regular detergent... Yeah, it basically did NOTHING. See!

And oh, here are the remnants (yeah, most are EMPTY) of the bottles that were used to decorate destroy my bedspread by my three year old... And blue is my fav color- *tears drop on my computer keyboard*

L-R: Milani in Dude Blue; NYC in 241; Wet N Wild in Diving for Pearls; NYC in East Village; Sally Hansen in Thinking of Blue

Oh, I almost forgot about the gold accents that he added.

Well, I'm going to the store to buy some Clorox bleach. Let's hope it works!...Besos, P&P.

I received information about Clorox’s Bleach It Away campaign and am sharing my messy moment for the chance to win prizes from The SITS Girls. To learn more about the messy moment program, check out www.BleachItAway.com.  Sharing your story on the Clorox fan page gets you entered for the chance to win $25,000 and daily prizes, and you can grab a coupon for Clorox® Regular Bleach.

  3. I know I am tardy to the party but the only thing that comes to mind that MIGHT remove majority of the nail polishes is the Carbona Stain Devils in formula #1. Based on the size of the stain, you will need at least six bottles. Good luck.
